Simplest Marinated Chopped Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cucumber Chopped small
  • 1 Red Pepper Chopped small
  • 1 Red Onion Chopped small
  • 4-5 Radishes Chopped small
  • 10 Kalamata Olives Cut in half
  • 10-15 Cherry or Grape Tomatoes Cut in half
  • 1 ear or 1/4 cup Non GMO corn optional
  • Bragg's Vinaigrettes To taste
  • 1/4 cup Goat Cheese Crumbles

Instructions
 

  • Chop cucumber, red pepper, red onion, radishes small and place in bowl
  • Kalamata and tomatoes cut in half and place in bowl
  • Add Bragg's Vinaigrette to taste and mix well
  • Add Goat Chees Crumbles to the top
  • You can eat it right away but it is even better after being refrigerated for at least 4 hours
  • Pairing it with greens and hard-boiled legs is a great match
