Salmon Patties and Coleslaw

Ingredients
  

  • 1 6oz Canned Salmon
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup almond meal
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1 tsp whole lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • 1 head cabbage or pre-prepared bag of cabbage
  • 1 cup avocado oil mayonnaise
  • 2-3 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • sea salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup parsley
  • ½-1 tso Red or White Miso optional

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup avocado oil mayo
  • ½ tsp Red or White Miso

Instructions
 

  • Drain salmon and break up with fork until there are no big chucks
  • Mix all ingredients together and form 3 burgers. Pack firm
  • Heat olive oil over medium heat in pan
  • Fry the burgers for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Remove from pan.

Cole Slaw

  • Mix all ingredients together and serve with Salmon

Sauce

  • Mix ingredients together. Add Almond milk if needed to thin it out to your personal taste.
    Add a dollop to the top of patties
