Jill's Smoothie

The perfect smoothie with a sprouted whole grain to start your day.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Almond Milk
  • 2 tsp Natural Nut Butter
  • 1 scoop Heart Defense from Dr. Gundry
  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries or Strawberries
  • 3 tsp Flaxseed Oil
  • 2 tsp Plain Goat Milk Kefir
  • banana optional
  • 1 OZ Ezekiel Cereal

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients except cereal in a blender. Put cereal in a large-mouth Mason jar or bowl and pour the smoothie over the cereal. Wait about five minutes or more to let the cereal soak up the liquid to soften it. Eat and enjoy.
