Initial Visit Cost: 500.00 This includes two visits and After Visit Summary with Plan of action.

#1 Three 1-hour sessions: 300.00
#2 Four 1-hour sessions: 425.00
#3 Five 1-hour sessions: 550.00
#4 Ten 1-hour sessions: 1125.00
The book titled “Preventative Health Pathway” written by M. Jill Keenon costs $30.00 plus shipping and handling of $6.00.
