Baked Sweet Potato with Miso and Pecans

Sweet potato

Red or White Miso paste
1/4
cup
chopped pecans
Instructions
Bakes Sweet Potato at 425 degrees for one hour
Cut open sweet potato and divide Miso in half and mix into both sides of potato like butter
Add chopped pecans on top
Serve with roasted cauliflower and a side of mixed berries
